I love your story, Kathy. I enjoyed the vivid descriptions, including the part at the end with Clark, alone in the room, watching the fire. I could almost hear the crackle of the flames. I think my favorite bit of dialogue ever is, "Oh ... Kimberly!" and the lines that follow.
