My reaction is similar to Virginia's. Mine is, "Wait. What?!" Is a Kimberly that Clark knows walking through the snow on Main Street? Is he teasing Lois? (I can't imagine that he would choose *this* particular moment for a tease.) Enquiring minds want to know.
