I agree, it is heartbreaking to see Jane desrible how few friends she has.obviously she feels as lonely as Clark does.having a secret does isolate you from the crowd. Cannot wait for the ending. Thank you for a great story so far.

The secrets both couples have will probably bode well for Shane and Jane and Lois and Clark as friends in the future. Lois being the only one to show for Jane's wedding will certainly bond them and Clark's dealing with Shane's issues after his and Jane's falling out will certainly bond them even more. They also have something in common that even though Shane and Jane are not in on will make their bond even greater. This could make for an interesting sequel set sometime in the future...
