Yeah, Chris Reeves did seem to enjoy the Superman role more, and I think the difference was, Reeves had the "hero" smile, whereas Dean had the "cute guy" smile with a hint of smirk. Each was better suited as an actor for the side of Kal-El that the producers tried to emphasize.
