The reason that no picture has posted is that what you put between the [img] codes is a
web page URL, not a photo URL. The URL you included is this:
http://homepage.oninet.pt/119mcw%20/loisclark/loisclark.htm which leads to David Planche's Lois and Clark page.
To post a photo, as Roger explained, you need a
photo URL, which will end in .jpg or .gif. So, taking this URL:
http://homepage.oninet.pt/119mcw%20/images/lc_down.jpg and putting it between the [img] tags, I get this:
