did an episode last year ( Dead Man Walking - based on the Alexander Litvinenko case apparently) where a guy was poisoned using his cigars. He basically inhaled it. They didn't go into post-death autopsy or anything like that because they knew about it ahead of time. As for being radioactive himself... well, people were around him without Hazmat suits or anything... I have nothing to add regarding the question, but I have to say this:
Carol, I love that ep. I think I even cried a little over the fact that Ziva finally found someone who would be perfect for her - only to know that there can never be real relationship.
It was very nicely done and really moving.
