In "Illusions of Grandeur," when Dr. Novak mentions the phrase "moon and stars" to Clark, instead of leaving and turning into Superman, Clark does the same actions (knocking down parking meters, flying, etc.) while in his regular clothes. Of course, Lois sees this, as does the rest of Metropolis, and the secret's out with Clark having no memory of giving himself away in any way, shape or form.
