They became friends. Clark was in love--did she know?--that depends. They kissed in a plane. They kissed in a hotel. It was only for work (but it went over well). Thanks for sharing, Corrina.

You managed to get all the positives of their relationship while skipping over all the negatives. Plus, you got all those lines of dialogue to fit and even rhyme. I'm impressed. Quote Their feelings--they kept secret, hidden away... Because they were best friends, and worked together each day. I like this passage. It describes well why they held back their true feelings. Quote Clark feared he'd loose Lois--couldn't take that chance... I think you want "lose" here, not "loose". What a nice romantic tribute. Thanks for sharing. VirginiaR. Poetry is the food of love and your effort sweetly describes Lois and Clark. Thanks for bringing this poem out from your personal archive! Morgana A writer's job is to think of new plots and create characters who stay with you long after the final page has been read. If that mission is accomplished than we have done what we set out to do, which is to entertain and hopefully educate.

I was a bit nervous about posting, but it was so rewarding to hear comments about something I created. What a fun/awesome process Corrina--that was one of my favorite parts, too--favorite line being '(but it went over well)'.... Virginia--you were correct about the 'lose'/'loose' observation...never caught that Thanks! Morgana--now the 'personal archive' is depleted, writing-wise...have to get busy, I guess! Yep, 20 years last Thursday--it premiered Sept. 12, 1993....hard to believe, isn't it? I was 13 in 1993 when I first saw it--can not believe it's been around for 20 years already.
