I’m not allowed to cry; crying would only make me feel better. And I’m not allowed to feel better. I loved this line, it sums up Lois' emotions perfectly.

It was so beautifully written and so sad. I'm glad I know that Lois' hopes are about to be answered, or I'd probably be crying.
