Goals:
I've done NaNoWriMo before and I've usually been pretty successful with using the whole month to get A LOT of writing done. Since I've been SO SO STUCK the last few months, I'm going to try to use this to get myself going again... I'm going all in... 😅 My goal will be to write 50,000 words in October, and my secondary goal is to finish my current WIP (original writing), All of My Heart, and get the extended epilogue/novella I have planned for it started. Another mini goal of mine, which I don't think I ever actually achieved when I've done NaNo before, is to write at least a minimum amount each day equal to the goal word count divided by the number of days in the month. So, I would *really* like to write 1,613 words per day as well... Ahhhh, we'll see!!
The starting word count is 103,677 words, and I've got ~four more chapters plus the epilogue(s) to write.
I'm also cowriting a Christmas novella, so I'll be working on that as well.

Glad to have you! Wow, that's quite a goal, but I do know you can be very prolific. I hope this event helps get you unstuck!
(I don't know, I'm making it up as I go, especially since I was never involved much in NaNo. Any thoughts/suggestions are very welcome!)

It's a little past midnight, but I'm just finishing up and heading to bed now, so I'm gonna count the last 100 or so that I wrote after midnight lol.
Spicy scene at least partway done now... Hopefully I'll finish it tomorrow.

I have an unconventional schedule, so I base 'days' on sleep periods. If I haven't slept yet, it's still the same day (no I don't go days without sleeping, but I am often up late at night). So I think it counts! Great job!

I also have an unconventional schedule, and today just sucked overall, so I'm going to just be happy I managed to get the words in. Spicy scene done, chapter 39 sort of started (although I expect I'll need to edit it heavily tomorrow. We'll see!)
