I'm dressed as Hermione Granger, from Harry Potter (I finally found a nice wig).

My whole department is doing a Harry Potter theme for a department contest. We have the staff, professors and even students dressed as the characters, and the staff actually decorated their offices as their characters' rooms.

We have the Kings Cross Station with the Platform 9 3/4 (these are the elevators), the Gryffindor common room, the Great Hall, with a real banquet (each person brought a dish, and it filled four tables), the Owlery, and other rooms.

I just found out that our department won the overall category, with 15 departments competing. WOOHOO!

Mine was rather boring and the picture didn't come out that great. I could show you an old one if you care...

But I did want to show my co-workers outfit. ^_^ She did such a great job:

I was the only one at work to dress up on first shift. On second shift, there was another costume and a half (I'm not convinced one girl really dressed up, but she wore a halloween-themed skirt.

Here\'s me as Hermione . I didn't get a patch or tie, but I got the robe done in time!

I work at a middle school and probably about half of the teachers dress up (we've got 65 on staff). I was a Deal or No Deal model.
