Tank,

That was classic! Loved the jab at Jimmy. LOL! A great take on one of my favorite scenes! thumbsup

ROTFL.

You're nicer than me. I would have left her buried.

LOL Tank, I expected you to kill Lois or at least have her hair caught and chopped off in one of the machines at the sewer plant. Cute story. Laura

The real question is whether she'll let Clark live. I think this needs a sequel! laugh

Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.

Hi,

Clark let a small sigh of relief escape. "You mean she's okay? She's not..."

Perry glared, knowingly at Clark. "Dead? No, Lois isn't dead, but Henderson says she smells awfully bad."

Tank, you call that evil ? Here I was, totally expecting you had killed Lois or were at least ready to move her to Minnesota. Yet here we are, with Lois still alive and kicking in Metropolis. There wasn't even a hair cut and Jimmy still lives... What happened to you? wink

Nice! rotflol Although I'd expected a bigger dose of evilness. Surely you can write a more evil sequel?

Great Vignette, Tank, but where is the sequel. It is just calling out for one.

Boy, thats going to be one dead Clark when Lois gets her hands on him.

Okay, I admit it. The original ending of the first draft was a tad bit different.

***********
Both Clark and Jimmy gasped. Perry shook his head sadly. "Lost my best reporter, and I don't even know why."

"What do you mean, Chief? How is she?" Clark asked in a meek voice.

The Chief cocked his brow. "How is she? How do you think she is? She's dead."

"Ooops."

****************

But at the last minute I thought that having Lois perish from Clark's 'prank' just a bit too predictible and clique, so I changed it at the last minute. Unfortunately I forgot to amend Perry's comment about losing his best reporter.

Oh well, even the best intentions...

Your getting soft in your retirement, Tank.

Just proves the point that you need to truly give up and get back into the game as your skills are getting rusty.

I just can't believe that you are developing a conscious shock !!!
