Well, I was going to paste a whole bunch of quotes here, the ones I thought were particularly funny-- like
Quote
“Clark!” she said delightedly. “Would you like a cat?”
Quote
“This one,” she clarified. “It’s free, it’s had all its shots, it can be easily entertained with a simple shoelace…”
Quote
“Where did it come from?”

“The depths of hell, I think.
...but the whole story is so hilarious that I might as well just paste the entire story here.

Yes, please finish it-- I'd love to know how the cat keeps finding Lois!

I'm slowly working my way through these pet stories again - when reading them all for the challenge, I kind of got 'Lois gets a cat'-ed out razz but I can see your sense of humour in here now. There are far too many utterly hysterical lines in it for me to quote them - the hairball, the cat scratching, the cat at the Planet, Lois unable to remember the cat's name, Lois offering the cat to Clark - and later, Lois being carried by the scruff of the neck. laugh The idea of Lois being stalked by a cat... ROFL! lol

Anyway, you have to finish this soon. Please!! hail

I certainly hope you finish this one off, Sarah - I really enjoyed it, and, yes, I want to know what's with that cat. goofy

More please!

Aramis: Yes, sorry.
Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.

dance Woo-hoo! Sarah's back, and she's writing! party

This is a really fun story. I love the little touches and throwaway lines and odd bits of humor, and even more, I love how they come together.

I'm a bit confused about how the cat knew where the Planet building was, but hey.. it's funny.

As for where this should go... I have no idea. A rescue, some hugging, possibly another step in a vaguely b-plot direction, something bad happening to the bad guys, and something happening with the cat. That about covers the loose ends, I think, but as for what should happen to those loose ends, I think you're the only one who can say. The story won't be nearly as fun any other way.

So... looking forward to seeing what you end up doing.

party Sarah's writing! Sarah's writing! Sarah's writing! party

Paul, who had a long day and is slowly making less and less sense.

When in doubt, think about penguins. It probably won't help, but at least it'll be fun.
