In the episode, Lois - as well as everyone else - woke up on morning #2 clear of Revenge. Based on my review of the timing, that would have been on the close order of 44 hours after exposure.
So, for this work, my operational rules are that Revenge normally wears off between 36 and 44 hours after exposure with 36 being the minumun time that the drug will remain active.
