Did some *very* light googling. There are those who argue that unless both parties are aware that you’re not who you’re saying you are, it’s binding. Either that, or you can be sued for fraud etc.
Being that she was an undercover journalist, the case for fraud could still be made.

Oh. So, there are good ones? Yes, I guess, one or two perhaps. The best way for someone in the Evil Empire to go undetected in the rest of the universe is to learn an American accent.
