Okay, I'm going to give you all a hint: Remember to think about what is not in this story laugh .

So they need to get Lane and Kent to let them realter reality to get Vickie back.
Are you saying you want to 'kill' Lane and Kent? eek

Quote
No, I don't want to guess, I want Doc K to open his mouth and spit it out
If this is how you're feeling, JD, think about how Lois is feeling right about now laugh

Ha! Of course! It makes complete sense now!
That's a relief, Karen. And here I was thinking that it might be confusing. laugh

I am so tense right now....not good when you have a final to study for....
Okay, deep breaths. In with the good air. Out with the bad. In with the answers to your test. Out with the worrying about this story.

Hilarious in it's own right, but even with all the genetics-stuff, it seems a little off. Shouldn't Lane know Lois feelings a little better, considering the dreams?
Well, I suppose that Lane could be wondering if somewhere along the way Lois might have been raped. After all, Lane and Kent's knowledge of Lois and Clark's past is not quite as well defined at Lois and Clark's knowledge of Lane and Kent's past. I figure that's because they don't know that they should be thinking something happened other than what actually happened. So the memories are a little clouder, I guess. (Hope that makes sense)

Since you told me it's okay to just put it into the FDK
Yes! Thanks, Michael. grumble Will still try to post it on Wednesday night, but am not entirely sure I'll be able to.

I really like the juxtaposition of L&C as they should be with L&K, whose lives were thrown off. The differences in character development are fascinating.
That was the thing I enjoyed most about writing this story - thinking about how their relationship and their characters might have developed differently given just one little change to their past.

How many more hours till you post again?
Aiming for just over 30. laugh

Um ... no. Not really. The complex machinations of your evil mind are *way* beyond me.
