Jenni, I am all about this chapter. I love that Lois has changed her attitude about Clark at work ... I kind of wanted to smack her when she was treating him with kid gloves. I also liked the kiss. I am all about newsroom PDA. (In fic, though, because I would never do that.)
And I really liked that nice, handsome reporter, Chris. OK, you didn't say he was handsome, but he has to be, right?
I liked that Clark had someone to talk to -- like I have said before, sometimes it's easier to talk to someone who doesn't know your whole life story or isn't going to ask you a bunch of questions.
I can't wait to see what happens next!
