Zara, Ching and Trey actually feel compelled to rescue Nor's henchement from each other even though they don't want to, and they condemn themselves as villains for not wanting to do the right thing even though they do it.

What I think is interesting is that Lex describes himself as a villain, and is proud of it. The good guys condemn themselves as villains for their reluctance. The henchman recognizes he's off to do his 'villainous deed' (he knows he's a villain). Only Nor doesn't acknowledge his status as a villain...and he wants to know why he's surrounded by villains.
