Okay, I am an idiot. I'm pretty sure you said that we have a way to go yet. But somehow I still thought that by the time they got up to Clark's place, his wound would have healed and they'd be wondering why - leading perhaps to Clark recalling other times when he's healed too quickly.
I have to say, my favorite part of this chapter was the end. I thought that given Clark's lack of superpowers, you'd skip the attack on Lois. I loved that you kept it and Clark managed to save her anyway.
