Perhaps Lucy was right. It had obviously been far too long since she had seriously dated if her body responded to a little dance--okay, so it was a close dance--but her body responded as if a little dance were actually foreplay. She was mad; really, really mad, she reminded herself.
Duh, because it is. At least for her with this particular dance partner?
“You don’t get it,” she argued both with him and her brainless libido. “I finally had my chance, and you ruined it.”
Sequel please. Ok. Not sequel. More like parts 2 - n (where n > *digs up at least two digit number*)

PS: Just an idea I got when wondering whether it's Clark or Bruce in the weapons chamber: Our Alternate Universe. Clark has lost his parents and is raised in Gotham City as the charge of a billionaire playboy. Starts wearing tights, a red shirt during his late teenage years and though college. Then goes on working for the Gotham *insert Batman canon newspaper here*. Chance meeting with Lois Lane. Or perhaps they meet during his early college days while he is more active in his role as side kick.
