"Nightfall" of course is the asteroid from "All Shook Up".
And "Knightfall" is the title of a series of comics (Batman, of course) -- it tells the story on how Batman had his spine broken by Bane and, of course, how he recovered, later on. Their title was obviously a play on words as well, since it's the "fall of the Dark Knight"...

I just put the K in brackets and told myself it looked smart.
