Oh, what a shame. I think she blends drama and comedy with incredible skill. She tackles sensitive subjects, but in a way that doesn't feel overwhelming, and there are lots of funny scenes. She draws you in with the suspense and also writes about sex and relationships in a really interesting way, unlike anything I've read before. That's what made me think you might enjoy her books grin (Narrator's voice: Peixinho has not given up yet, because she believes Wikipedia's summary did not do the author's work justice peep)
