I apologize for being one of those people who can't bear to stop and leave a comment when there is another fantastic chapter waiting to be read.
This was such a great story. The mystery was a lot of fun and I love all the little details and descriptions and characters.
The cave in conversation was so good - I could almost feel Lois' panic at certain points and Clark was so good about comforting her and then using the opportunity to force a real heart to heart. And then the almost kiss interupted by being rescued 😅
The "why do you speak so many languages?" conversation was a perfect lead in to him telling his secret and I'm flad he decided to tell her even if he didnt actually get around to it.
I'm glad it was dark in the tomb and no one else saw Clark save Lois. Seeing her put all the peices together in slow motion was great.
And then it was all wrapped up so nicely at the end. Really enjoyed this story.
