No. Unless...I just realized what if they... got mashed up a bit and when 'Dr.' Gretchen Kelly frankensteins Lex back to life, he's got a bit of Tez DNA in him. But no, for the purpose of this trilogy, Lex is basically deceased now. If he were to show up later, this would be considered a spoiler(TM) and not discussed further.
