My favorite kiss is from the movie "Bend it Like Beckham", after Jess and Joe admit they like each other at the end of the movie.

And comming in a close second is Lois and Clark's kiss from "Just Say Noah" in Larry Smiley's office. And a very close third is the kiss from Ross and Rachel outside the coffee house when Ross finds out that she likes him.
