I'd like to add my most heartfelt thanks to K-Com for doing such a fantastic job over the past eight years. Ever since I joined the fandom seven years ago, the Kerths have been a milestone I've been looking forward every year. They were my very first time on irc (which I haven't left since
), and they're an event I look forward to every year, as they're so much fun to attend.
And that's really thanks to you guys, who put so much time and dedication into making them the great celebration they always are.
Erin, I'm very grateful for your faith in my ability to step into your big shoes.
We're definitely counting on you all in the current K-Com to guide us new K-Com members in this new undertaking, to keep the Kerths stay in the same spirit they've always been. So don't run off to Hawaii! We need you!
