this site you have to enter your email adress in `Yahoo Groups - Subscribe to The Nfic Archive`and then you`ll get an email with a password from them. It doesn`t cost anything
Then you have to email Anne so you can get the password for the nfic forum
I am pretty sure that`s the way although it`s been a while since I did that
