Did you know that with a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard you can surf the net very comfortably with a newborn asleep in your arms? Especially if the computer is still set up on the coffee table. I'm *very* happy to be off bed rest, but I just might leave the computer right where it is.

Nathaniel was born on Friday afternoon. He's healthy--I'm healthy and sleep deprived. And I love my eighteen year old dd who cleaned the entire house while we were in the hospital. She even made my bed.

Although at 22 months Nathaniel has become his "you're-in-trouble" name ,mostly we call him Nathan

Take care of yourself, and your newest addition...and I agree with PP - having a built-in babysitter must be great, but since I was 10 when my sister was born, it's sometimes easy to forget they are above-all the sibling first.
