I'm sure one of our incredibly talented, incredibly smart FoLC will be able to help me on this. I seem to remember someone posting a website where we could go to check if a virus warning or other forward (like the one promising that Bill Gates would share his fortune if you forward it to enough people :rolleyes: ) is for real, or just another hoax.

If anyone has that site, or one like it, handy to post, I'd appreciate it lots and lots.

Also, a couple of good general hoax resources are Arachnophiliac.com and Hoaxbusters . These sites both include many common internet hoaxes such as e-mail chain letters.
