You know, it never pays to read while tired. I actually managed to overlook one teeny-tiny bit:

And figured they where in Perry's office while talking and kept wondering what trick they where playing where they were telling Lex everything
Then I stopped and rechecked if you *really* set this in Perry's office
"Jimmy," Jimmy said. "First, could you just stand there with your arms folded and look stern?"
"Good... And now, look like you just caught Lex blowing up the children's ward of Met Gen. ... Great, one more where you get the key to Lois's chastity belt."
It wouldn't be until some twenty minutes later that another passenger alerted him to the presence of the large manila envelope that lay on the floor of the cab.
I don't know, who, but someone suggested in last part's FDK that Tony could be working for Lex. I don't believe that, but for a moment there you had me wondering.
