LOL, Queenie! That was hilarious!!!!

I love the double entendres of all his responses, once I knew what the joke was and went back to re-read them... It's funny how many of them mean something totally different!

Bravo!

You should have seen me reading it when I thought it was actually TRUE! Not a joke! And I was the beta! I was there every step of the way! Not sure why I thought it was actually true [heck, it was actually my idea what the false impression would be!] but I did.

Queenie - excellent! Love it.

Now get back to that other fic!

That was hysterically funny. And I agree with Bethy about the double entendres:

Quote
"Well, it's mostly just psychological," Clark said, thoughtfully. "Most people don't expect to see Superman, and so they don't. Although, it does help to have a pair of--"
A pair of what? Tee-hee!

Quote
"Well," said Clark, "I was raised as one of you..." He realized who he was gesturing to. "Okay, so I wasn't raised as an *Amazon*, but you get the point."
Oh, and this could be *so* misconstrued!

Quote
"Um, Super...man..." Flash began.
Another one where it comes out so differently after you read to the end of the story!

Great work. It's so difficult to do humor, and you've done it so well! I practically fell out of my chair because I was laughing so hard.

I sense a Kerth award next year!

Considering Clark's pecs, and the suit that leaves little to the imagination, you'd have to wonder how he manages to look like...

Queenie,

You crack me up! Poor Flash, he thinks he's been hitting on Superman! I suppose Superman and Lois and been seen together too much the Flash to think that Superman *is* Lois.

Still chuckling

All right... all right... but apart from better sanitation and medicine and education and irrigation and public health and roads and a freshwater system and baths and public order... what have the Romans done for us?

Hilarious! Mirth-provoking! Side-splitting! I loved it!

And why do we have to wait a whole year for another installment?

What's really funny is that Elisabeth and I recently saw the FarScape episode called The Flax where at the end we find out that the Zenetian females look like males (E says they remind her of Mad Max) and one of them had fallen for D'Argo!

That just made this one even more hilarious to me.

April Fools? Pshaw! Post one every three weeks or so and fool us that way! It would be much better for all concerned, y'know. After all, I can find Louis, who knows some guys who know some guys.

Need I imply more? wildguy

I didn't think so.

Personally, I wouldn't mind being a May's fool, or a June's fool or... You get the picture. wink We still need to see how Clark gets back at both Lois and Bruce.
