Had a bit of mental whiplash at the triplets being three years old... I'm gonna have to go re-read some of the preceding ones to see what I missed. Also had to adjust mentally -- around here, middle school starts at 6th grade, not 7th. Starting at 7th had me thinking junior high school. But I got it now. Allynda sounds like a good addition to the universe, and yeah, I'll bet her parentage was unusual. Sorry for not commenting when I first read it, but Saturday was the day when I was going nuts trying to finish my ficathon fic, and Sunday was pretty well occupied by real life.
