Wow, SQD! That was a good finish to the story. You wrapped up everything nicely, except for the actual return of Superman, but it wasn't necessary for the story. Very powerful, both the capture of Luthor and the final wedding scene. Lois rose from the chair and made her way to the bed. "Bad dream?"
"It was, but my heroine saved the day." He smiled and leaned forward to kiss her lips. She saves him, even in his dreams. "I told Clarry we'd get a haircut when we brought Luthor down. I need to shave and get a new pair of glasses. No one will believe Clark's really back unless I look the part." On Tank's behalf, I find it unfair everybody's getting a haircut except for Lois. One such person he'd lived to control was Travis Devon. He couldn't contain a snide smile as he thought of that one. That had been one of his major triumphs and the old man hadn't even known what he had done to him. I'm glad you filled us in on what Luthor had done to Travis Devon. This was truly

Hi, Beautiful story.
Maria D. Ferdez. --- Don't like Luthor, unfinished, untitled and crossover story, and people that promises and don't deliver. I'm getting choosy with age. MAF

No way! Clark's dream was an excellent idea. Propably he will have those nightmares a long time, but now he knows he can conquer them. Luthor - yes, he *was* truly evil but no more one can wait from him. No wonder Devon senior wanted to revenge. Yes, he should have suspect something when Lois is suddenly dating somebody. But Luthor's weakness is his arrogance: he's begun to despise other people's capacities. There is one thing missing in the final: what Clarry is thinking. Thank you for a lovely story! I am waiting eagerly for the nfanfic. Could you then tell more about Lois's feelings.

Wonderful, wonderful ending!
I really liked the fall of Luthor..he was so evil!
And the wedding! *sigh*
This was great stuff..maybe we can see a sequel with the Return of Superman?!
~Liz (who's a little sorry it's over, but LOVES happy endings!)
Lois: Can I go? Clark: No. Lois: Oh come on, Clark, why do we go through this? We both know I’m going to go. Clark: Then why do you ask? Lois: I’m trying to be nice.

SDQ, I had to catch up to the ending, but it was all so very worth it. The whole story was very powerful and well written. I'm really saddened to see it done. The best results could be to make it into a series. However, if not, your writing style would be welcome in any format. Very well done, and, thank you. Catherine

If laziness and lack of inspiration produces stories like this one, Robin, then color me green! :p You have such a wonderful way with words! Reading this story made me mad, made me smile, had me in tears. This Lex Luthor of yours is such an abominable creature. What he did to that poor girl! Yuck! I hope you'll write a sequel and we'll see more interaction between Clark and his son. And of course the return of Superman! Thank you for another great story! Ursie
Lois: Well, I like my quirks. I think they make me unique. Clark: You certainly are unique.
Clark: You're high maintenance, you know that? Lois: But I'm worth it!

SQD, I have to admit that I've been skim reading many of the later instalments. Once Clark Jr. became a large part of the storyline I lost interest.
I do have to say that overall you wrote a very powerful story that was emotional and logical in many ways. I liked how you were able to show that Clark would find a way to heal his tortured soul once Lois got her hands on him. He had no choice.
Good job.

What a superb final! and so sweet! I especially like the wedding scene and the one were Clar 'kicks Lex butts'. Well, can' wait to read it from A to Z ... once it's in the archive, that is.

Great ride. The kid wasn't really a surprise but I did worry a little about the Dan factor. (BTW, remember, if you ever do a Guess the Writer challenge, a kid's a dead giveaway ). But we didn't really see Luthor suffer, he especially never witnessed the final destruction of his empire on screen. Oh, well, there are news papers in jail, so he can read all about it, being impotent to do any more harm and be completely stumbling and deranged. Michael
