I've read it in many a fanfic but have not caught it in the show (though admittedly I forget I'm looking for that bit and keep on watching....) Also, I see 'FDK' at the beginning of fanfics posted here. What is that abbreviation?

Basically, it's where everyone comments on the story, instead of on the story itself. I don't recall the couch being mentioned outside of fics.
