Is there an episode where Lois mentions her uncomfortable couches? I've read it in many a fanfic but have not caught it in the show (though admittedly I forget I'm looking for that bit and keep on watching....)

Also, I see 'FDK' at the beginning of fanfics posted here. What is that abbreviation?

FDK is short for feedback. Basically, it's where everyone comments on the story, instead of on the story itself.

I don't recall the couch being mentioned outside of fics.
