Happy 2021 everyone!  This Kerth season we will be including a total of fourteen challenges to hopefully stir up some fun inspiration for fics as we count down to the 2021 Kerths. Each challenge will be posted on Saturday. Your response can be either PG / NFIC rated just be sure to include the Challenge # when responding. If you have a challenge you'd like to add to the mix just send an email to kcom@kerthawards.com and we'll add it to the weekly postings.
All submissions must be posted in the Fanfic / Nfanfic forum to be counted as a Kerth Challenge response. ~KCOM

Write a romantic story for Lois and Clark set in an unromantic place. For example, a truck stop bathroom or an old woman’s knick-knack-filled living room.

Well, I didn't forget. But the story fragment that was still sitting on my hard drive and needed just a little rewriting, turned out to be written in German. And translation is going rather slow these days.
But you weren't talking about other stories, now were you?
