Lately there have been a number of pheromone stories.
It got me wondering if perhaps Luthor had kept a tiny supply and used it on Mrs. Cox.
I was assuming it was for such uses that he wanted it in the first place.
Then I was reading "Seven Seconds" by bakasi
on the archive. There is a line
Lois Lane didn't deserve Lex. She would never honour his talents, his brilliancy
Perhaps she was evil or what if Mrs. Cox had been merely a very good assistant, totally in the dark about Luthor's other side, until she was controlled by the 100% pheromone perfume?
in either case when Lois was under the influence of the pheromone she ignored Luthor.
So what if Mrs. Cox was exposed to the pheromone and locked on to Clark Kent.
And was ready, able and willing to do anything for him?
