I had read the series Universal Union and had liked the series but I was wondering if the author had even written Book 4 and it was never archived.

From what I'm able to tell it doesn't look like the story was ever posted (if Book 4 was ever completed). You could try reaching out to Jenni and see if she can provide a better update. The last book (Book 3) was posted on Zoom boards and that one is archived but no other posts show up as "Universal Union" on either board. I hope that helps.
