Today I was told that people are missing Avatars that they've been using for years. I don't know what happened and why they went missing but for those having the issue you are going to need to reset your avatar via your profile.
All avatars are located here:
http://www.lcficmbs.com/ubb/images/avatars/This will give you a list of names, click on the name to see what it is and if you like it copy the URL in the address bar of your browser.
Once you have that, go back to your profile and at the bottom of the page choose the button that says something like my avatar is located here and paste the text box located next/under it.
Save profile and you're done.
