Yesterday's Astronomical Photo of the Day is two pictures of Pluto - set up as a 3D pair. Nice... Just wish my eyes still worked well for 3D, unfortunately I have a crease in one retina.

If you have trouble seeing this, the free Stereophotomaker program for Windows can convert that into the type of image you use 3D glasses for.

Neat concept. Unfortunately, I can't get those 3D images to work for me, either. The closest I come is seeing a Crisis-on-Infinite-Earths-style merging of the two Plutos into one.

Well, I guess that is in keeping with a comics theme, at least...
