I used to be obsessed with making fan art, but I haven't done anything in a long time, so I decided to play around & try to come up with some stuff/hone my skills again.

Enjoy & feel free to use & abuse as you see fit! I'll add to/edit this thread as I make them. So far, I've just made a couple of banners.

I also take requests! No such thing as too much practice!

Really nice job with these. I particularly liked the pilot one. What program did you use to create them?

I use both photoshop cs4 & paintshop pro 9.

I find paintshop pro more accessible to pasting images & using the feathering tool as well as the text tool, but photoshop has superior photo editing tools and it more accessible in that sense.

Wow, these are very good.

To get the ball rolling on requests, how about wallpapers of the episodes "Pheromone, My Lovely," "I've Got a Crush on You," and "Neverending Battle?" Those are three of my favorite episodes.

I'm slammed this weekend with a huge biology presentation & midterm exam, but I'll be freed up by Thursday & get started on them for you!

I didn't make any changes to your post, Mrs. Luthor - just went in and back out again to test out whether I could or if I hit the same issue you're having problems with. Can't say that I did - the edit function seemed to work just fine for me. Perhaps it was just a temporary glitch that's self-fixed. Can you try it again and see if you're still having trouble?

Haha thanks for taking the time to check it out. I actually just out of the blue realized I had been clicking the quote symbol instead of the edit symbol. I don't know why I was doing it. Not a glitch in the board, but rather a glitch in my brain!

Thanks for those wallpapers. They look amazing! It's always great to see new fan art.

Glad you like them! I'll do the other one soon. I just did those because I decided procrastination was more fun that homework!

These are pretty good! Especially like the PML wp and the pilot banner.
A fact of life.

Think of it this way: by procrastinating until the last minute, I'll be older by the time I do my assignments and, therefore, wiser, which will in turn improve my marks.

Just added a valentine's day themed banner to the original post. I made it using stills from PML, and I'm hoping it will be a sort of teaser for a video I'm hoping to finish before V-Day!

Also added a Deathstroke banner. I was originally going to make like a trading card type thing with stats/powers on it, but I decided I was far too lazy.

I liked your Valentine's-themed banner: the colors look so vibrant, and the blending is really nice. I look forward to seeing the accompanying video, too.

Thanks! I'm glad you like it! I'm hoping to start the video soon, but my copy of vegas pro has some kind of glitch that crashes it every time I try open AVI files, so I'm converting all my video files from AVI to WMV... it's taking forever!

Just added a new wallpaper. I saw the promo pic for Ultra Woman and decided to play around with it. That's what I ended up with =/ lol

Interesting effect with the lighting it almost looks like a drawing of SM & UW (the color portion).

Also checked out your "Crazy Girl" video. You picked some good shots, but I think you missed out on some of Lois' really "crazy" moments.
