I made this months ago and Jenn enthusiastically took it to heart. Then it languished on my hard drive while I tried to figure out how to improve it. I told Jenn I was going to rework it and she freaked out because she liked it just the way it was. (Eventually, she did grudgingly admit that the next version was a little more polished.) This, though, is yet another version. I've been tweaking it for days and I just can't stop second guessing myself, so I'm ending the madness by posting. Huge thanks go out to LaraMoon and Jenn for watching the early iterations repeatedly and helping me smooth it out. It starts slow, but the second half is worth it. \'Happy Ending\' by Mika

Awwww... I loved that vid. I wasn't too fond of the song at first but I did end up liking it near the end when it picked up. Excellent vid Sue! I really liked how you started off with them all in love already and then as the video progressed you went back through their friendship and falling in love. Very moving. Keep 'em comin!!! In fact, if you feel like tackling that request I posted a few days ago, feel free. hee hee

For the record, I did not just "freak out" for entertainment value. There was a lot more to it -- as you know.
/me earnestly tells the board: I am not a lunatic, all evidence to the contrary.
Anyway, I really love the finished version. You got in some random clips that I really love -- like the one from "The Source" when they're walking out, and the one from "Target: Jimmy Olsen," when they're coming out of the hospital and the "7:01, 7:02, 7:03" scene in "Individual Responsibility" ... I love all of those little moments between Lois and Clark that really define their relationship. It's not just about the big moments, the first kiss, the proposal, the revelation, etc., it's about their relationship as a whole that's so amazing, and you capture that very well.

Lois: "Never had a need to find out its meaning."

Um BRILLIANT. The beginning wasn't slow. It was chillingly painful! Reminded me over all the tv moping I did during that fateful summer of New Krypton heh. And then it sped up and put a huge stupid grin on my face. I can't believe you told a story backwards; it's just insanely genius.

Backwards! OMG! I should revise the montage and do it in reverse order! That's brilliant, Jen. Thanks to Steph, Lara, Jenn and Jen for replying. It's nice to know someone saw it (and liked it!).

Maybe I'm just particularly emotional today, but... Suuuueee! That was beautiful and so sad. I really do happen to like 3rd season, not so much for the episodes, but because there are some absolutely adorable moments with our favorite couple. You definitely used those to your advantage! You just keep getting better and better.

Oh yes, brilliant is the word!!
This was great indeed, how you began with the NK-scenes and then in the middle you showed how they met and fell in love. You really picked some great scenes!!

I think I've seen all those scenes at least thousands of times in other videos before, but I think never mixed in such a nice way. beautiful

very nice
If she had to move heaven and Earth, perhaps come back to haunt Perry and explain the story after they'd killed her, she would do it.
