Hey all!
So some of you know I'm attempting to make a go of being an author [I even have a
Facebook fan page 
]. I've got one completed manuscript out on query [a full requested by one indie company that has expressed serious interest, but we'll see...], a completed rough draft of it's sequel, another rough draft that should be done in the next week or so and several others in the works.
Anyway, one of the email groups I'm on had a posting for a contest - take a set of prompts and create a 2K or so scene from it. Eight of us did so and now it's time to vote!
