I think I have mentioned I have broken my right ankle in 3 places. I now have screws and a plate and all good stuff in my leg. While I was at PT today a question came to me. I can not drive again until I can slam on the brake without pain. With the steering wheel on the other side of the car, do you guys also use the right foot for brake and gas? I drive automatic (don't know how to drive standard). I drove left footed years ago when this foot was in a cast, but I'm not willing to now. Age and I don't need to.

Hi Suez:
I'm not from over there but have driven over in England and the Caribbean. The steering wheel is on the right side of the car, but the foot pedals are in the same arrangement as they are in the States. So the accelerator is next to the right door. You shift left handed. So I'm afraid that's not going to help your foot problem. So sorry to hear you broke your leg!
regards
Artemis
