I'm not Jewish myself, Mona, but in the melting pot that is my hometown of Malmö, Chanukkah is officially celebrated. I'm adding a link to a page from my local paper - unfortunately it is all in Swedish, of course, but you can see two pictures, one of dancing men and the other a of crowd of people gathered in the square of Stortorget before a Chanukkah "candlestick":
