There was a special short Dr. Who episode in the BBC Children in Need telethon last night. It can be found on line here or here , and there's a short Dr. Who Confidential episode to go with it here.

I should mention that it's set at the end of Season 3 and has a few minor spoilers for the season.

However I couldn't see the Dr Who Confidential clip. *sigh* The BBC site wasn't working properly (saying it was 'loading', then saying it was 'ready' and then not doing anything...weird). Oh well. Hopefully they'll have it as an extra on the Season 3 boxed set when I get it...maybe...

Since posting that I've heard that the BBC links don't work properly from outside the UK.

That could be why then.
