I'm relatively new to the forum, but I wanted to wish all my fellow fans a very Happy New Year.

I look forward to getting to know you all in the year to come.

Happy new year - just watching the big Thames fireworks display on TV, and can see someone firing off some rockets a couple of streets away out of the window. The Thames display is amazing - ten minutes already and still huge numbers of explosions. In fact I just muted the TV and I'm pretty sure it's that I'm hearing, about three miles away, not local fireworks - the noise is dying down as the big display ends.
