...at least I found it so. Test Your English So challenging, in fact, that I only managed a 100 in the grammar section. Yikes! Lynn

Yikes, indeed. Yeah, grammar was the only section I scored 100 in, too...I did fairly well in punctuation, but who know I was that bad at spelling? JD

WOW! That was hard. So many answers I was unsure of. Though... I'm kinda surprised... and maybe Wendy will be proud of me for this , but I got 100 on punctuation! Ouf. Sara

My scores: Grammar: 100 Spelling: 100 Punctuation: 80 Vocabulary 60 (ouch...) Now, I have a feeling that I know which punctuation question that they said I got wrong. And if so, I would argue the point, because it's a stylistic difference depending on what country you grew up in. But I'm not sure. I want to know the answers... Are they posted somewhere and I just missed it? Kathy

I was with Kathy - quite a few of the questions seemed to me to have answers that weren't so much a choice between right or wrong as between UK and US English. Still, did not so bad, by choosing the US option wherever I found it: Grammar - 100% Vocab - 100% Spelling - 80% [there's a shocker as I usually can't spell for toffee without Spellcheckers.] Punctuation - 70% LabRat

Yes, I agree with those who said that at least some of these questions are ambiguous in a couple of ways. In one or two, both answers would have been correct. In possibly two others, there's a difference between UK and US English on the relevant point. My scores: Grammar: 100% Spelling: 100% Vocabulary: 80% Punctuation: 80% And I know that I answered the questions related to punctuation correctly for UK English. Oh well! Wendy

Yeah, there were some tricky ones, and some that, were I acting as a BR or GE, I would have suggested be rewritten entirely. My worst category was spelling -- no big surprise there. Otherwise, not too bad... Grammar: 100% Vocabulary: 100% Punctuation: 80% Spelling: 60% For those curious, the three I got wrong were 15, 18, and 19. I know this because, after I got this score, I went back and changed answers until I had 100% for everything. For those interested, I edited the answer key into one of my old useless posts. So, if you want to see which answers they consider to be correct, you can check here. Paul

Cherry, if English is your second language, it strikes me that you're doing pretty good. And then we have to consider that most netizens would probably get 40% across the board...

Yeah, Cherry, don't forget to factor in your handicap to that score. It's way better than my score would be in Swedish. LabRat

Don't feel bad, Kae. English is my mother tongue and my scores were the same as yours. Really, this one was incredibly hard. And as others have pointed out, some of their "correct" answers are debatable, IMO. Lynn

I got 80% across the board, which is actually very typical for me - always near the top, but never at the top. Yvonne

100, 80, 80, 80. I'd have liked to see what the answers were supposed to be, though.

Chris, I posted a link to the answers above. You can find them here. That's the list of answers that will get you 100% for everything. Whether or not you agree with those answers is up to you. Paul
