A fun little romp! Thanks for sharing this, Jana. smile

Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.

You posted Jana! How wonderful! And I see you picked up a lot of the crazyness I threw at you in the middle of the night. <g>

And this is really not nonsense! I already told you that, but it's really funny and some different perspective which I like.

So write more, Jana! (more from this perspective wouldn't hurt, either wink )

Lois: Can I go?
Clark: No.
Lois: Oh come on, Clark, why do we go through this? We both know I’m going to go.
Clark: Then why do you ask?
Lois: I’m trying to be nice.

Hi,

Beautiful story. clap

Food for thought... watching Clark tonight gave me an idea... Slick his hair back a little, take off the glasses and he would look just like-- no. Couldn't be. If that were true, surely Lois would have figured it out by now.

Oh wonderful! This was just hysterical. What a great, unique perspective!

I swear to god, I nearly choked. Caught me totally off guard.

I love how smart this fish is, and how he knows that Lois is in love even if she doesn't. And I like how even the fish knows that the whole world knows Clark's in love with her. The bit about Lois muttering Mayson's name was great too. I can just picture that.

And, of course, this:

Quote

took the cake!

Great job, I really enjoyed this!

Oh, Jana, LOL!! I'm glad you posted this -- it's hilarious. Different point of view, that's for sure wink but you made it work! Everyone else already has quoted the parts that I loved, so I won't repeat. The chicken line had me cracking up, though rotflol

Keep writing, Jana! Thanks for sharing.

Not nonsense, at all, Jana - this was terrific! My son and his friend kept hearing me cracking up and wanted to know what was wrong: was I laughing at them or at the computer (yes, my son has experience with this).

There was so much I loved: the fact that Serena knows that Lois is in love with Clark even though she won't admit it; that "the whole world", except Lois, knows that Clark is in love with her; swimming on the sidelines; the Mayson mumbling. But I have to highlight my three favorite moments:

Quote
Couldn't be. If that were true, surely Lois would have figured it out by now.
Well, you would think so...

Awww, that was cute, Jana! Fun idea. smile

In addition to the lines people mentioned above, I liked how Serena was indignant when Superman laughed about Lois talking to her fish. LOL!
