I subscribe to the 'A Word a Day' mailing list, and each e-mail ends with a quote. Today's quote was:

Quote
It is curious that physical courage should be so common in the world and moral courage so rare. -Mark Twain, author and humorist (1835-1910)
Of course, this made me think of Clark. Because of his physical strength, he rarely gets a chance to demonstrate his physical courage, but it is his moral courage that draws me to him. And that courage he displays in everything from his entire role as Superman to his willingness to befriend 'Mad Dog' Lane.

Joy,
Lynn

Wow, what a great quote! You're right, Lynn--Clark is definitely a hero because of his unbreakable integrity. One of the reasons I love this show so much is that they do a great job of illustrating that.

Thanks for sharing this! Very thought-provoking in my own life!
